How to create official sales order

Step-by-Step Guide: Creating a New Official Sales Order

Step 1: Open the Sales Order Menu
Expand the Sales menu on the left-hand side and click on Sales Order to open the Sales Order Management section.

Step 2: Open the Add New Sales Order Form
Click on the Add New (+) button located at the top-right corner of the Sales Order Management screen to open the Sales Order Information form.

Step 3: Fill in the Sales Order Information

  1. Tab: Information [more..]
  2. Tab: Shipping [more..]
  3. Tab: Details [more..]

Step 4: Save the Sales Order

  • Review all entered information to ensure accuracy.
  • Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the form to save the Sales Order.

Step 5: Verify the Sales Order

  • The newly created Sales Order will appear in the Sales Order list.
  • Use the filter or search bar to confirm the entry by S/O No or Customer name.
